This outdoor Playhouse has multiple uses. It can be a home, a shop, a reading den, a cafe or even a restaurant. The Playhouse includes a chalkboard on one side and a window box on the opposite side along with a green leaf emblem on the roof. Uniquely, there are 14 holes in the roof frame for attaching ribbons, mobiles and other sensory decorations.

• Manufactured from the finest durable pinewood - pre- treated to provide maximum resistance against rot and decay.
• Green & White striped canopy is waterproof
• Features a chalkboard on one side of the house
• Suitable for ages 3+
• Supplied flat-packed along with simple self-assembly.

This sturdy Children’s Gazebo and seating is an inviting area for your children, protected from the sun and rain, but with an open air space along with partial shade. Our outdoor Gazebo is a great place for children to gather and engage in outdoor reading, observing the environment around them, or just simply playing and talking to friends. All edges rounded for safety.

Our range of Premium Playhouses provide hours of outdoor fun for children. This solid redwood Playhouse is a perfect little retreat for young ones.
Superior build quality makes this little Georgian style cottage, with antique door handles and hinges, perfect for school use. This item is CE marked and safety features include smooth surfaces inside and out, rounded edges on frames, and acrylic safety glass on the three windows (including door).

Playhouse will be assembled on site by our experienced installation team.
We recommend that the Playhouses are situated and assembled on a firm, flat, level base. Ideally this should be 50mm concrete, tarmac or flagstones at least 100mm larger than the storage unit. Not suitable for grass or soil.

The Playhouses are supplied with a base coat treatment. As with all timber buildings it is recommended that you treat the timber with a high quality wood preservative (at least every two years) ensuring great play value for many years to come. All playhouses have a solid wood floor, we recommend that the playhouses are situated on a firm, flat, level base. Ideally this should be 50mm concrete, tarmac or flagstones at least 100mm larger than the storage unit. Not suitable for grass or soil.
