Waterhog Classic and Diamond mats stop dirt and water being tracked in from outside preventing damage and soiling of expensive floor coverings. Their tough bi-level construction works in an ingenious way. The upper level of the mat wipes and scrapes footwear. Dirt and moisture fall to the lower level where it cannot be tracked off.

The stain resistant pile will not crush and is guaranteed against rotting or fading for five years. The exclusive water dam design allows the mat to hold up to 6.5 litres of water per square metre. The special cleated nitrile rubber backing resists carpet creep and, if placed outside, will not crack up or curl even in the most punishing weather conditions.

Constructed in the same way, they have a bi-level design to trap dirt and water, but instead have a unique diamond design and a 50% heavier pile. Waterhog Diamond gives you even more scraping, wiping and trapping action for the most punishing conditions.

Highly abrasive mats aggressively scrape and wipe footwear to remove heavy soil, grit and sand etc. Brush fibre intertwined with carpet fibre acts as a brush on the soles of shoes as people walk over the mat.
In independent laboratory tests it has been shown that ClassicBrush mats remove approximately 34% more soil than standard carpeted mats. Used as primary barrier mats these will do an excellent job of stopping dirt from entering any premises.

How are they Ecologically Friendly?:
A: The mat face is made from 100% post consumer recycled drinks bottles.
B: Each square foot of a Waterhog Eco mat eliminates 4 half litre drinks bottles from going into landfill. A 3x5 mat will therefore recycle approximately 60 drinks bottles.
C: The rubber backing made from 15% post consumer rubber tyres. The durability of the mat is compromised above this figure.
